Itinerary. Copy of purchased round trip tickets or itinerary (Applicant's name and confirmation number must be on itinerary).

Negative COVID-19 test result. An applicant must provide a negative PCR Covid 19 test 72 hours before arrival.

Vaccination Certificate. COVID 19 vaccination certificate showing that they have been fully vaccinated, at least 14 days before arrival to Myanmar, with one of the following vaccines which has been approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Vaccine Certificate must be attached to the application. Proof of accommodation. A copy of hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on the reservation.

Travel Insurance . All travelers must have purchased the Inbound Travel Accident Insurance Policy with COVID-19 coverage from Myanmar Insurance. Insurance Certificate must be attached to the application. Applicants can purchase valid travel insurance through the website affiliate.
